I love acting. I feel like Im alive again! Sydney
A fresh face on the movie scene, Sydney had given up her dreams of Hollywood but then tinsel town came to Michigan. After one surprise call to stand-in for R&B super star Toni Braxton, Sydney gained her in to the movie industry. In a matter of weeks, she moved from stand-in, to extra, to speaking roles in two local short films.
She has been making a name for herself locally by being a consummate professional, and always being pleasant and easy to work with. Her natural ability to perform and think on her feet has been enhanced by her day jobshes also an attorney.
Sydney is no stranger to the performing. She spent most of her life as a trumpet player and obtained a Bachelor of Musical Arts from the University of Michigan. As a member of the marching and pep bands at UM, she had the opportunity to play in several large venues around the United States, including the Rose Bowl, Madison Square Garden and the United Center.
She currently studies privately with SAG actress, Rio Scafone.
